Fishing village of Sant'Angelo in Ischia. In the summer you can get a ferry from Positano to Ischia, it takes 2 hours, stopping at Capri along the way. In the winter you can only get a boat to Ischia from Naples.

Yes, if the sea is calm the ferries will start running at Easter for Amalfi and Capri.
